From the first week of June 2025, we will be moving from the current FootFall online consultation system to AccuRx.
This change is being made to improve the way we manage patient queries and clinical requests. AccuRx offers a simple, secure and efficient way for patients to contact the practice online. It will help us streamline our triage process and ensure that all requests are directed to the most appropriate member of the team, more quickly.
You will still be able to contact us online through our website, but the look and feel of the system will change. AccuRx is used widely across the NHS and supports faster, safer communication between patients and the surgery.
We appreciate your support during this transition and encourage all patients to use the new system once it goes live.
