We recently reviewed our latest NHS Friends & Family Test feedback, including both online responses and paper forms completed in the surgery.

From 128 responses received:

• 68 patients (53%) said they were Extremely Likely to recommend the practice
• 34 patients (27%) said they were Likely to recommend the practice

This means almost 80% of patients would recommend Quarry Bank Medical Centre to friends and family.

Many comments recognised the professionalism, kindness and dedication of our team. Patients particularly highlighted the support provided by our nurses, clinicians and reception staff.
