Suggestions, Comments and Complaints

Our aim is to provide the highest level of care for all our patients. We will always be willing to hear if there is any way that you think that we can improve the service we provide.

We receive a lot of praise on the reception desk when chatting to our patients, and are very proud that a large majority of our patients leave feeling happy with the service they have received.

However we have received a number of negative reviews on the NHS choices website recently, while it is very important to us that we are made aware when a patient is unsatisfied with us so that we can help rectify any problems, we would really be grateful to get a more rounded view on patient opinions and that means we need more of our patients to leave us reviews be them good or bad!
